What to do first
Redeem the three active codes, then focus on the event missions that award Pyro, Luka and Kojiro. A free SSR Adventurer and Buddy are worth more than a marginal armor upgrade in the first week.
Do not spend every ticket on the launch banner immediately. Midori is worth pursuing if you want a Fire carry, but saving a reserve for Freya or a future banner is reasonable once your core team is functional.
