How to redeem codes
The redemption menu is tucked inside the Events screen, not the standard settings menu. Follow the exact path below.
- Reach Adventure Rank 5 to unlock Events.
- Open the Events page from the main menu.
- Select the announcement icon.
- Open Key Redemption and enter one code at a time.
- Confirm each redemption, then claim the rewards from your in-game mail.

Why a code may not work
The most common cause is Adventure Rank. Events do not unlock until Adventure Rank 5, so a new account cannot redeem anything during the opening tutorial.
Other possibilities are a typo, a regional restriction, a code that has already been used on the account or a limited redemption window. In particular, famitsumho2026 is reported to work only on North America, Europe and Japan servers.

What to spend the rewards on
Rutacoins can be exchanged for Featured Contracts, which are the most direct way to convert the gift into recruitment attempts. Early reports put a Featured Contract exchange at 150 Rutacoins, so the code is worth roughly one extra pull.
Zenny disappears quickly during weapon and armor upgrades. Spend it on the main weapon you are actually using rather than spreading it across several half-finished trees.
